Birthdays are right up there with weddings on my list of favorite celebrations. I get insanely excited to celebrate birthdays and love throwing a good birthday party. This red, blue and yellow carnival-themed birthday party is just plain awesome. With paper pinwheels, a few rounds of pin the tail on the donkey, and face painting, this might just be as good as it gets.
